A complete live mirror of every DoD and SBIR notice requires authenticated API access (SAM.gov opportunities API key), scheduled ingest, and change tracking. This desk is the product shell: search, NAICS filters, capability model, and bid/no-bid. When you provision a SAM API key, we can add a refresh job that upserts new notices into this corpus without changing the UX.
